Standard warranty coverage is available for each and every system we provide. Much hard work went into the refurbishment process and we back our equipment 100%. Every Active X-ray machine includes a sixty day parts and labor contract,  a  common industry practice. To remain the most competitive choice,  certain items will be available with a one-year contract for an additional cost. 

The contract as described; any part that needs replacement will be replaced and Active X-ray will pay the bill, including shipping charges.  All labor costs including travel and overtime expenses, Active X-ray will pay the bill. This is a warranty contract and not a service contract. We assure prompt service however, 4 hour on-site response time is only available for service contracts.

Any system quoted to equipment brokers / resellers or equipment export- does not qualify for a warranty contract unless otherwise agreed to beforehand. Your terms are as described; 50% upfront, 50% before shipping.
